Which is Better, Gardenscapes or Homescapes?

Playrix has definitely made a great impact in the gaming world with two great creations, Homescapes and Gardenscapes! These two games look quite similar in terms of the mechanics and other features but are entirely different. Let’s look deeper into this matter, and finally settle down which is which.

In Homescapes, you help Austin, the butler renovate his childhood home so that his parents will no longer sell it. You play match-3 puzzles to earn stars that you will use to complete tasks. These tasks can range from adding a rug to repairing the staircase — everything that has to be done to redecorate the mansion and change his parents’ minds! The number of stars per task varies depending on the difficulty. So match-3 puzzles are needed to be taken seriously to move on to the next task. After certain numbers of levels are completed, you can unlock different parts of the mansion. You also get gifts like cats and money from the different people you meet in the game. As you follow the storyline, you don’t just play puzzle games, you also get to interact!

Similarly, Gardenscapes also works that way in terms of redecorating the garden and playing puzzle games to earn the stars. With every star that you earn, you get to finish a task. The only difference is that for Gardenscapes, there are more rewards compared to Homescapes. You can grow plants and spin a game wheel to receive a variety of power-ups and a few hours of endless lives. Read and discover all the things that you can do in the game, including making butterflies appear in Gardenscapes!

Why not Play Both Gardenscapes and Homescapes?

While both of these games are super fun and exciting, they are actually pretty addicting as well! One would notice that Gardenscapes is more tilted towards a hidden object game with the presence of the gnomes while Homescapes is a story-based puzzle game that also works very differently when it comes to match-3 games. Either way, there is one sure thing that you can do, download Gardenscapes and Homescapes on your PC and let us know what you think!
